amazing family getaway!
remodeled suitespacious roomhelpful staff
the remodeled suite in block a was so spacious (i mean, seriously big!) and super clean! the beds felt great, and the bathroom was huge. we loved the rain shower! plus, the ac worked super well, important. check-in went smoothly, and tati at the front desk was so helpful.
The pool bar service felt a little slow sometimes. I noticed a few people walked away after waiting a bit long.

the pools are amazing for children of all ages and include a small splash park (it is perfect for younger children). the hotel also has a football pitch and an entertainment team, though i didn't see them promoting activities often.

breakfast offered many options, including fresh omelettes.. i also found the suite spacious, particularly the master bedroom. each day, the room received cleaning service, and fresh towels were left.

The breakfast buffet offered numerous options (a pleasant surprise!).
The noise level at night was pretty bad. I heard kids running in the hallways until after midnight on several nights. Hotel staff did not seem to intervene despite complaints from multiple families.

the pool was so great for the kids. there was reasonable food options. it had good variety, and i found the quality to be fine.
the cocktails seemed shockingly bad. there were only three choices from the menu with all inclusive. the cocktails came from a premix machine, and it tasted really artificial and too sweet.

the pool was wonderful for kids. food had good variety and good taste. all staff were nice to me. i was happy with my stay.
i felt the plastic cups were annoying when at the bars. it was annoying to drink out of plastic cups. i wish all inclusive guests would get glasses.
